Counsel in first-tier and appeal GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association) arbitration proceedings epresenting a company in a dispute related to the sale of rice in Senegal. The amount in dispute was USD 2 milion. English law applied and the proceedings were conducted in English.
Counsel in several ad hoc arbitrations, representing companies in the retail sector in the context of franchise agreements. The amount in dispute for each of the cases varied between EUR 500,000 and EUR 4 million. Equity and French law applied and the proceedings were conducted in French.
