In such a case, we invite you to let us know immediately. We are committed to doing everything we can to address your concerns and will work to resolve any difficulties. However, if the dialogue is broken, the complaint procedures available to you are as follows.

First of all, if you have a complaint concerning one or more services received from the firm or concerning an invoice, we invite you to contact Maître Aditi Durand by telephone directly to discuss this subject.

If, after exchanges, no satisfactory solution is found, we invite you to file your complaint in writing, detailing the nature of your dissatisfaction, by email or by post, using the contact details below:

Maître Durand will acknowledge receipt of your letter as soon as possible. She will try to analyze the situation in a thorough and objective manner and will seek to provide you with solutions. Maître Durand undertakes in any event to give you a written and detailed feedback offering you possible solutions within 21 days of receiving your letter.

If the proposed solutions still do not satisfy your difficulty, the following actions can be taken to address your complaint.

As a Solicitor

As a Solicitor, Aditi Durand practices in a regulated manner under the authority of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

As such, if managing your complaint internally has not resolved the problem to your satisfaction, you can refer the matter to the Solicitors' Legal Mediator (Legal Ombudsman).

Under applicable regulations, you have a period of six months from the date of our final response to file a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. Therefore, the claim must be submitted no later than one year from the date of the act or omission that is the subject of the complaint, or no later than one year from the date on which you should have reasonably known that there was a ground for the complaint.

We invite you to find out more about how to file a complaint on the Legal Ombudsman's website (www.legalombudsman.org.uk), whose contact details are as follows:

• Postal address: Legal Ombudsman,

P.O. Box 6167,

Slough, SL1 0EH

• E-Mail: enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk

• Phone: 0300 555 0333 from the United Kingdom, or +44 121 245 3050 for international calls

A form is available on the Legal Ombudsman's website to facilitate your process.

If your complaint relates not to the services provided by AD Litigation but more to the conduct of your counsel, or if the Legal Ombudsman is not in a position to deal with your complaint due to its nature, we invite you to refer yourself to the SRA.

Indeed, the SRA can help you if you feel that we have not acted:

• In a manner that respects the rule of law and the proper administration of justice,

• In a manner that maintains public confidence in the legal profession,

• With independence, honesty and integrity,

• In a way that promotes equality, diversity and inclusion,

• In the best interests of each customer.

In this case, you can consult the information available from the SRA (https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/report-solicitor/) in order to voice your concerns.

You can also contact the SRA services for this purpose using the contact details below:
