

Aditi Durand is a dual qualified Avocate at the Paris Bar and Solicitor of England and Wales. She assists her clients across a broad range of matters in French law and English law, on transactional issues and dispute resolution.
Her experience ranges from the sudden termination of commercial relations, structured finance, and cross-border contractual disputes to shareholder and post-acquisition conflicts, as well as litigation within the energy, telecommunications, and distribution sectors.
Aditi has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings spanning multiple jurisdictions, ad hoc and under the auspices of institutions including the ICC, the LCIA, the AAA and the GAFTA. She also represents clients before French courts in arbitration-related matters including for annulment proceedings against arbitral awards, and before courts exercising their powers in support of arbitration.
She has acted as counsel as well as co-counsel and has experience "behind the scenes" acting as administrative secretary for arbitral tribunals.
In addition, Aditi has significant experience in banking and finance, and structured finance, which provides her with a comprehensive understanding of complex quantum issues and financial disputes.
